本公司與其附屬公司 (統稱「本集團」) 主要從事 (i) 電子科技及相關產品貿易 (ii) 媒體電商平台及媒體廣告服務。自2023年起，新增股權投資業務。本公司現為香港主板上市公司中國創新投資有限公司（港股代號：1217）之大股東。

China Trends Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is a public company regulated by The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. The principal activity of the Company is investment holding.

The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) are principally engaged in (i) trading of electronic technology and related products, (ii) media and e-commerce platforms and media advertising services. Since 2023, the Company began to develop equity investment business, and has already become the substantial shareholder of China Innovation Investment Limited (HKEX Stock Code: 1217), which is listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Looking forward, the Group will continue to strengthen equity investment business, so as to expand its media and e-commerce platforms and media advertising business.
